G&M Chicken Wings

G&M Chicken Wings

Whether you like baked or fried chicken wings, both of these methods make crispy and flavorful wings without any sauce required! Of course you can add some sauce if you'd like, but our G&M Buffalo Seasoning is more than enough to make these a staple at your Superbowl party for years to come.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Chicken Wings - Thawed
  • 2 Tablespoons Gresham & Myers Buffalo Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder (Baked Wings)
  • 1/4 cup Flour (Fried Wings)
  • Peanut or vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Baked Wings

    1. Pat thawed wings dry completely
      1. Place dry wings in a large mixing bowl and toss with baking powder.
        1. Once coated, add G&M Buffalo seasoning and toss to coat
          1. Place wings on a greased rack on a baking sheet lined with foil
            1. Place on bottom rack of oven at 250* for 30 minutes
              1. Move to top rack and increase temp to 425* for another 30-40 minutes
                1. Remove from oven and serve with ranch, blue cheese, or your favorite sauce!

                (Optional) - Toss finished wings in the sauce of your choice.

                Deep-Fried Wings

                1. Mix together flour and G&M Buffalo Seasoning in a large bowl
                2. Add thawed chicken wings to mixture and toss. Make sure to coat evenly.
                3. Pour oil into deep cast iron skillet and heat to 350 degrees.
                4. Carefully place wings in oil and cover with a splatter screen. Cook in batches of 5-6 at a time.
                5. Cook for about 12-14 minutes
                6. Remove to lined baking sheet with a rack to drain excess oil
                7. Serve with your favorite ranch, blue cheese, or other sauces!
